I took this survey at dNeero because apparently I can make $1.87 by posting it to my blog. I have no idea what this is going to come out looking like. I found out about it from pao who commented over on PinkBlog. I kind of like the way she did it, embedding it in a post. I might try to do that with my quicklinks, or something. But first let’s see what it looks like.
I haven’t posted quiz results in my journal in a long, long time. Unfortunately I missed out on the careers test…if anybody has a working login for that, please let me know! Here are my results for Name That Disease, Name That Drug, Am I Dumb, IQTest.com, Rate My Life, and Human for Sale.

Could somebody please explain to me how the Republic of Ireland is connected to both France and Benelux by train and not boat? WTF?
Tip: do not watch The Sixth Sense for the first time ever late at night and then have to go into the basement to do laundry.
In other news, I am totally obsessed with Faerie Bubbles.
Oh, I updated the design on my site. I finally gave up trying to find Illogirly and making my own fall layout, so I found a very nice one from Quixotic Pixels. I love that she included a blank header graphic! It was pretty easy to tweak for WordPress, although I had to do a bit of funky stuff with the comments section because the provided layout didn’t have comments. So if you’re reading on LiveJournal or have chosen a different skin (i.e., you’re not using the “default”), go check it out. Yes, it is a very dark design, but I like it!
These are goofy quiz results. Nothing to see here, move along.

The Reefer Madness Movie Musical is fucking awesome. Alan Cumming does a great job (despite having to affect an American accent), the music and dance is awesome, and the whole thing is just damn funny. Neve Campbell can’t sing worth a damn, but she’s only in the movie very briefly anyway. The movie is currently only available on Showtime, but it will be out on DVD in October and will include a documentary, audio commentary, and other good stuff.
Goofy quizzy stuff…don’t mind me. Stolen from
preppyperv and
leatherboydre.

I haven’t posted any quiz results in a long time. These are from the Commonly Confused Words Test, which is part of OKcupid. You don’t have to sign up with OKcupid to take the test, but if you do (or you’re already a member) look for me on there as woofiegrrl.
English Genius
You scored 81% Beginner, 93% Intermediate, 93% Advanced, and 88% Expert!
You did so extremely well, even I can’t find a word to describe your excellence! You have the uncommon intelligence necessary to understand things that most people don’t. You have an extensive vocabulary, and you’re not afraid to use it properly! Way to go!
Compared to test takers who are female, gay, and in my age group, 10% had lower Beginner scores, 10% had lower Intermediate scores, 50% had lower Advanced scores, and 100% had lower Expert scores. Interestingly, users aged 55 to 59 had the highest scores in all difficulty levels.
I didn’t really expect any different results for myself, though I’m a bit surprised by my Beginner score being so low.
I saw that shadowblue had taken a quiz that purports to determine one’s Empathy Quotient. It’s from a website that includes information about autism, Asperger’s, and the differences between male and female brains. My results surprised me.
