Buying Games
One of the things I have decided to get with my Blingo gift card is a new computer game. I don’t play games too often - I am usually more interested in the web - but I do enjoy them and I will go through periods where I spend a lot of time gaming. I play computer games more often than my PS2 games, but I enjoy both. For now though I’m looking at getting new computer games. I think these would all work with my computer, although I don’t know that I have the right video card for The Sims 2 so that might not work.
Anyway, I’m not sure what games to get, so I’m taking a poll. Bear in mind that I already have The Sims Deluxe Edition plus the Vacation expansion pack. I also have RCT2 and its first expansion pack - Loopy Landscapes, or whatever it was. Now for the poll! (Please feel free to leave supporting evidence in the comments.)

1. Why not use LJ polls? Is it so you can have it here and there?
2. I voted for the $59 option. I know it’s spendy, but I also know you spend a lot of time with those little finicky games like RCT, so i figure more value in playtime per dollar, probably. But what do I know?
I don’t think non-LJ members can vote in LJ polls - I think you have to at least have an account there. I bet many of my Amanita.net readers do have LJ accounts that I don’t know about, but I would like to keep the options open for those who don’t want to come to LJ or get an LJ account.
And you’re right, I do like all the little fiddly bits.
PS: How did you come to leave this comment on my website rather than on LJ?
I voted for the $59 one also. RCT is always an awesome game. I heard the Playboy game is a dissappointment. You are use to playing the SIMS games so you probably would get pretty bored with the Playboy game.
I’m not a huge fan of “Sims” games, but I do like Sim City 4. That’s a quality game.
