I’m totally breaking Lorelle’s guide for Blogathon bloggers, but you know what? Lorelle has never done the Blogathon, she said so herself. It’s one in the morning, I’ve been writing for 16 hours, and it’s time to talk about food.
I’ve been working hard on the veggie plate I bought earlier. It turns out it was a four-pound plate ($19) rather than a two-pound plate ($10) like I had planned, but I was already checking out and I figured hey, the more food the better. I got it along with the fruit and such because I wanted to be able to stuff my chèvre-hole with something moderately healthy rather than crap…when you’re up all night, it’s so easy to just shovel handful after handful of chips/candy/whatever into your mouth, and I wanted to make those handfuls veggies instead of junk.
But honestly, I’m getting bored with it. I think it might be time to have something more substantial. I think it’s perfectly reasonable to do so even though it’s not a “mealtime” (unless you’re Taco Bell and promote the Fourth Meal) because I’m not sleeping all night. Humans get hungry every so often, right? I want some real food, not finger food. I’m leaning toward either the BBQ riblets or the frozen pad thai. I just want something tasty and filling rather than tomato after carrot after celery after broccoli over and over with fat free ranch dip. Over and over. Yeah, I just want something real.
So take that, Lorelle, I blogged about food. Because it’s the blogathon, it’s 1am, and I can.
Mmm, now I want veggies. :p
You should eat the pad thai.

All of that food sounds delicious. Particularly the veggies, carrots sound awesome right now.
LOL, I’ve done that one a few times already! Ya know, I went and bought a bunch of food the day before, and haven’t really touched all that much of it, (which is wierd for me!)
