Upgraded to Blackberry OS 4.5.0.42

Here is the result of my Blackberry OS upgrade, which went beautifully.

That’s right, the new OS gives my Curve video capability. And the HTML emails aren’t too shabby either. I’m happy!

This forum post has a bunch of links. Be careful if you’re a T-Mobile customer, I’ve heard there are issues.

FWIW, I’m a T-Mobile customer and haven’t had any unusual problems. Then again, my Curve is an 8310 unlocked from AT&T, so that might make a difference.

Upgrading your OS will not affect your unlocked blackberry. Once your Blackberry is unlocked, it will always be, no matter what OS you upgrade it to. RIM is not Apple :)

I have Sprint – what do you guys think about the T-Mobile service – make sense to switch? I know this isn’t necessary on topic – but I am looking for some advice.
