My wallet says: “Gas is so expensive!”
So I says: “Today I shall take metro!”
Normal commute time: 2 hrs
Today’s commute time: 5 hrs
How much longer than normal was my commute? 250%.
How much do I hate WMATA, the local public transit provider? A WHOLE FUCKING LOT.
Man, that sucks. I know gas is expensive but your time is valuable too. At least you have a transit authority, here in LA it’s either drive or stay home.
