I’ve always thought that photography using telescopes was really cool. In addition to getting a really close up picture of your neighbor in their underwear, you can take super-close pictures of wildlife, and even get a better, longer look at the stars than you can get even by peering into the telescope! There’s a lot of information about telescope photography out there, but it appears to be pretty complicated so I’ll never get to do it myself! Completely O-T comment, but I just read you comment over at Passive-Aggressive notes and I wondered, how did you get the camera back from the taxi? Did they take pictures then track you down?

I can remember the first time I looked through a telescope. I’ve been a space cadet ever since.
