I am not a major fan of sports. Okay, I am not a fan of sports at all. The only reason I learned anything about football was because I was in the marching band in high school, and sitting through the first half of all those games taught me a little bit – which I’ve subsequently forgotten. But a nice opportunity to learn more would be at spring training events. The Baltimore Ravens have their spring training where I went to college, but I wasn’t there long enough to see them. Spring training is also probably a more laid back atmosphere with fewer people watching…I don’t like crowds! I imagine in most places, like the cities in Arizona where the San Francisco are on sale, are quite nice during the time of year that spring training is held…it would be a fun adventure to go out there. One of my clients has family in Arizona so he goes all the time, but I’ve never been.
And of course if we flew out there, we could spend the flight watching movies on the 80GB iPod I just spent obscene amounts of money to buy…hence this post! I’m getting closer, it won’t take much longer.
