In the Paper

I have so much to catch up on, but I’m so tired.

I was in the paper today, in an article about Enchanted Forest. I chatted with the journalist on the phone for about 20 minutes last Monday, and then the following day I went up to Ellicott City to meet her and have my picture taken all around the outside of the park. The photographer took a bunch of pictures and I was in many of them, but they ended up featuring one that didn’t have me in it. Damn!

Added - Turns out I am pictured in the paper, just not the online edition! My parents picked up an extra copy for me. Yay!

I always get very depressed by things like this. When returning to San Antonio a couple of years ago for my grandmother’s funeral, a favorite mall we sometimes visited was being closed down. In the mall were these two stone horses that I loved as a child, but there was no way for me to save them. It made a sad time even sadder.
