We made it through the storm just fine, with no damage to the house (just a big branch down in the front yard, which the neighbors have already removed). The cats were all locked inside, so they’re fine too. Our power has been out since 9:30pm Thursday, and our phones have been out since about 10am Friday. (I’m posting from a friend’s house.) We are fine, though.
